Frequency - Once a week for 10 weeks

Duration - Weekly sessions will last an hour and a half. The first session will be two hours long at no extra charge.

A light touch combined with deep breathing exercises gives a much needed rest to the chronically stressed body and mind and will help you learn to clear your mind and handle stressful situations more easily. Regularly given, this massage will help protect an individual from stress related illness and renew a sense of well being.
